Typically, and exclusively teaching the authentic method of Pilates our studio has evolved during this pandemic. Nancy Wallace Pilates has grown its team of knowledgeable and world-renowned instructors. We are now offering a variety of online classes.
Total Body Sculpt: a low impact class incorporating the elements of Barre, Yoga, Interval Training, and Cardio. Use of hand held weights or other props with condition and tone the entire body. Each class will combine small and large range movement to effectively target each muscle group and increase your heart rate. Modifications will be offered. Set to upbeat music, expect to sweat and sculpt lean and long muscles.
Floor-Barre: is a ballet-inspired workout to lengthen/strengthen muscles, build core, hip, and foot control, and improve body alignment & balance. All exercises are executed lying on the floor, working muscles deeply and thoughtfully. It is gentle on joints and perfect for injury prevention and recovery as well as cross-training.
Form Rolling: Increase oxygen to the deep belly of your muscles and release the connective tissue for increased flexibility and relaxation. Foam rolling is a wonderful complement to any physical activity or to simply relieve the body of excess stress.
