Jessica Alba’s New Years Baby Boy!

While most of us Rang the New Year with Champagne and Kisses Jessica Alba welcomed Baby Number Three!

Jessica Alba and husband Cash Warren welcomed baby three to their growing family.  We are so excited and adore her Instagram pics from New Years Eve!

Her healthy lifestyle and attitude toward fitness, being a great mom, boss lady, and super star!  Jessica Alba is officially our #fitnessinspiration for 2018. We also love that she is a huge fan of Pilates and has used the exercise system to bounce back after her first two children.

The Classical Method of Pilates is all about strengthening the Powerhouse; back, stomach, bottom, and hamstrings.  It also incorporates the unique push and pull system of the springs, found on the Gratz Equipment.  When done correctly using the original apparatus, Pilates transforms the body.  The Classical Method of Pilates is a challenging workout that lengthens the muscles of the arms and legs, reinforces the abdomen to pull inward for stronger stomach and flatter appearance, and lets not forget the Pilates booty! It also nurtures the body working the kinks out while increasing mobility of joints and muscles.

To maintain a strong core and maximize physical health, Pilates is equally important for mommies to be and mothers of three.  Each time we have a baby the abdominal muscles stretch away from the center and we loose the mind and body connection to our core.  Post-baby it is important to re-establish this mind and body connection while re-strengthening the center. This not only puts the body back together, and sometimes better, but keeps aches and pains from rearing their ugly head. Pilates is the all encompassing workout.
